did you unpair the kiiroo from your phone?
Try while it's unpaired.

Yes, I tried both ways. And now tried 1 more time - nothing 🙁

    I can help with tests if this problem is actual not for me only and you have some new builds.

    Rakly3 I tried, DeoVR works fine but is there connect to Onyx in DeoVR? I thought to connect Onyx to DeoVR it's still needed SLR app. Am I wrong?

      You need a couple of things for toys that connect via Bluetooth.

      1. headset/phone with SLR player or DeoVR player
      2. your bluetooth toy
      3. an Android device with SLR Interactive to connect your toy to.

      Log into SLR website with your SLR/DeoVR player
      Log into SLR with the SLR Interactive app on your Android device.
      Connect SLR Interactive with your toy via bluetooth.

      You CAN NOT use the SLR/DeoVR Player on the same phone as SLR Interactive.

        I did all steps but the problem is in "Connect SLR Interactive with your toy via bluetooth."
        I'm using Oculus Go, Samsung Galaxie Note 10 lite and Onyx+
        In SLR Interactive on phone I see "SLR app connected" so looks like in Oculus<->Phone everything is ok. But "SCAN FOR DEVICES" still shows nothing 🙁 On Onyx I'm using same mode what I'm using with feelme for bluetooth (blinking blue led). Geo and bluetooth - ON. Feelme app - closed. I tried pair and unpair phone and onyx before scanning in app...

        Sorry for the late answer. Could you please install BLE Scanner app from the Google store. Then in this app try to find and connect to Onyx+ device. Then expand CUSTOM SERVICE and make a screenshot. It should be a list of CUSTOM CHARACTERISTICs. Send a screenshot to support mail. We will check them with our app settings...
