I agree that Hyper seems way faster than the old app and the video quality seems a bit better but both the design and the navigation are huge steps backwards in my opinion. I think the old app has it right with all the filters and toggles out to the sides and keeps the main window clean. No need for that scrolling main page. I sent my feedback via the survey but curious to see what others think here. Excited to see further improvements!

@"dolphin7559"#p113793 We optimised a lot of things along the way, as we already had experience with old DeoVR and knew where the bottlenecks are, the app is made from scratch, so this is the main reason app works smoother.

@"Kieshi"#p113749 This new Hyper player Rocks and I can't wait until all the SLR features are fully implemented. - Love the separate Vol control - FPS seems Good. Although, hope it remains smooth when more features are implemented in the Player and things won't "Bog Down" the FPS - AI PT seems Great - AUTO Res setting seemed to worked well - While browsing scenes, pages Loaded quickly and things were smooth like butter Obviously missing alot of Core features, but you can tell this player has been optimized for smooth navigation and playback on the Q3 Tested with success on Q3 ver 81

Us Xr users are over here like homeless in the cold no app no haptic support beyond the website which works but interferes due to the pointers changing the scene around and even worse often randomly selecting a different video but we still here.

I see that passthrough is in Hyper. For some reason, the passthrough makes the girl semi-transparent too, and there's no controls.

So while the image technically looks great, and there's passthrough to my room - it looks like I'm fucking a ghost chick...

Cydewayz No. "Dedicated app" can't even stream videos consistently. Doesn't have barebone VR functionality i.e. tilt/image adjust nor haptics.
