ajaxmatt2 It's DeoVR's new app with their custom engine. Since they don't rely on AVPro, their app is super fast, causing way less thermo throttling, so that's really great for our headset. And even better, the new app streams with the highest bitrates. So no need to download files anymore for that purpose.
You can try it yourself, a ported version of the app was posted earlier in this thread but it doesnt work very well yet (no passthrough and no controls), so it's not very usuable just yet, but you can get a good idea of how fast it is.
