Dropped download limit by another 10 in 6 days. WHY?

This is getting extremely frustrating. Not everyone can stream videos. I need to download the videos when I can to watch later when I can. 40 videos a week was pushing it and now that is reduced by 25%. That's really shitty and frustrating.

Currently, the limit is 30 video downloads within a 144-hour period. While we believe this should cover most needs, your premium membership also includes unlimited streaming anytime.

It was previously 30 every 72 hours, but they cut it to 30 every 144 hours quiet a while ago, not recently. They claim it won't be cut anymore.
