Passthrough not working on SLR videos .

Hi
Would be grateful if anyone could help me out , im having problems with my passthrough, it works on my purchased videos and VR Cam live streaming on Deovr app but won't work with every SLR passthrough video .
I have tried the settings but it won't work .
Im using a Quest 3
Any help would be appreciated.

Redhulk50 Hello, could you please describe the issue in more detail? What prevents you from using passthrough on other videos? Before this, I recommend to check this quick guide

When a watch a video on Deovr app I press the passthrough icon to watch in passthrough and nothing happens, what i have have noticed that usually there is another icon next to the passthrough icon that gives the viewer the option to watch passthrough without the actors penis , this icon is not there now, yet it is there when I watch my purchased videos.
I can watch passthrough on my purchased videos and live cam streaming on the Deovr app but none of the SLR videos .
This has just happened recently before I could watch passthrough videos without any problems, is there something I should be changing on the settings?
