Important - Haptics Connect legacy apps retired

Same issues. Just stopped working a couple days ago. Very disappointing. Folks with Quest3 seem to not be having the issue, but that is a heavy price to pay when I just renewed my subscription to SLR, and the Quest2 is supported.

Haptics Connect (Phone App) --> Kiiroo Keon/Powerblow --> Quest2 --> DeoVR (Infact DeoVR says Haptics connect is no longer supported)

Quest2 --> DeoVR --> Kiiroo (Bluetooth) still not supported. (THIS SHOULD BE THE SUPPORTED METHOD)

Opened ticket, hopefully I hear something back.

clowe1243 hi, can you please clarify, you tried to connect Kiiroo directly to DeoVR on Quest 2 and it said it was not supported via BT? Are you using the latest version of the app?

Kieshi Yes, DeoVR on Quest2 shows Kiiroo Keon and Powerblow not supported after connecting via bluetooth. Based on your above directions, both the toy and headset need to be connected to wifi. Kiiroo does not use wifi.

Also, I sent in a ticket yesterday, and their still has not been an email letting me know its open.

clowe1243 The Wi-fi method is for toys like Handy and Autoblow. Kiiroo of course should be connected through bluetooth.

Does Kiiroo connect to app on its own without PowerBlow? I will ask team to check Kiiroo+PoweBlow additionally.

Kieshi They both connect. It just says not supported under the haptics setting after connected.

Kieshi Decided to do a clean install of DeoVR, and this solved the issue.

Funseeker702 Uninstalled, reboot, install DeoVR. Did it via my PC, but none the less, same.

AlexSLR Updated Deo. Onyx+ still doesn't work. Keon does. I like the onyx better. Lmk when you fix it

Is there any news on this yet? The new app was supposed to be released at the end of September.

So this thread ladies and gentlemen shows us clearly that SLR do not give a sh** about their smartphone + toys users. U have a Toy? Buy a VR headset….. 😂
Instead of their yearly revenue, create a dedicated SLR smartphone app is like toilet paper for them…. But unfortunately dear ladies and gentlemen we been all fuc***d in all of our holes 😉 Thank you SLR

EDIT: It is correct that only the Handy is currently supported on our new site update, BT toys are planned to be added later

Hey, I’m currently using Keiiroo Keon with autoblow. I think is not supported via website. Only Handy is Supported.

AlexSLR And Fleshlight no longer supported? I have a year of subscription + scripts. So I can't use it anymore? Will I get my money back? Service is no longer fulfilled.
