OSR2 Not connecting "Tcode not supported"

I should preface this by saying it's been a whole since I have used my OSR2 on SLR, but when I got to play a video, in the video settings the TCode section just says "not supported" for every video. I've tried using the firmware update website but it just says it can't connect to my device despite it being able to see it on the COM ports. I'm using a Rift S and an OSR2 running off a Romeo BLE. Advice on how to fix this would be appreciated.

JordanSLR Thanks. I tried everything I saw in other posts and couldn't get it to update or show up in DEOvr when it used to work perfectly.

rrunes37 we are working on it. Might take some time though. Also working to get multi axis features

doublevr how long though? The only reason I paid for a subscription was this feature and now I'm not getting what I paid for. A day? A week? I feel like getting basic function back should come before worrying about multi-axis.

doublevr looking around it looks like you also disabled MFP support AND imposed script limits without disclosing that to subscribers when they signed up. Your service only works because it is a little more convenient than pirating, but when you essentially scam your customers and disable features without any plan to fix them beforehand, you drive people right to piracy. I won't be renewing my subscription. Fix the issue.
