DeoVR very slow / not loading clips

Hi, I'm using SLR on the latest vers. of DeoVR app on the Quest 3. It has worked properly until 2-3 days ago, and is now extremely slow loading clips / video playback, and is barely usable now.

Are there any known issues within the last few days? I have factory reset my Quest 3, re-installed the DeoVR app, and my WiFi strength is "excellent". But the slow loading and playback persists.

Any tips or help is appreciated! thanks
