Picouser again not sure what you mean, it plays both tags at once when it overlaps, so you are seeing full tag 2, then tag 2 and 3 at the same time in your example, right? I don’t see the problem there. Why would you want to rewind the same bit immediately? You can use the replay function for that, or just click on the tag you want.
You can also bind a hotkey to next tag/previous tag. That way you could rewind to the last (even if it overlaps)
Go to 6:45 in your example, both tags will be highlighted purple (active)
