SexBabesVR Scene Glitches

Has anyone reported or is there a way to report a scene with glitches or rendering issues? This scene seems to have several of them. I only recently noticed it around the 44:33 mark and thought it was a corrupted download until I checked the streaming version and it also has it. There are several comments pointing out other glitches, can this be fixed?

The AI PT mask on this scene is out of synch as have been every Sexbabesvr scene since. I've been reporting it for nearly a month and get told it will be looked into but nothing has improved. Perhaps the out of synch AI PT is only one symptom of a bigger corruption issue.
