In headset, when I click on "play in VR" on the website videos...it no longer loads on the VR Hub tab.
This has been happening all weekend

doublevr I'm getting a "Handshake error (40)" error, and when I access the SLR site from Deovr, the videos don't show up. I reinstalled the latest version, but the issue persists. This is a Quest 3.

koreanman, do you get the error every time you log in? Or after certain actions?
Please double-check the app version you have, it should be 15.0.3382

JordanSLR That's correct. The version is 15.3382. How do I change this? I encountered an error, so I deleted it and reinstalled it from the metastore, but it's still the same. If you just turn on deovr and access the slr site, that error message appears and the video thumbnails and such do not appear at all.

koreanman Can you please specify if the issue persists when you open SLR in the Meta browser?
Does it occur both as a logged-in and a guest user?
Does the issue happen if you try to access DeoVR in the app?
