In headset, when I click on "play in VR" on the website videos...it no longer loads on the VR Hub tab.

Error when playing any video. “User is not signed in (-1)”

on quest 3 cant do anywhting, loged in getting user is not singed in. Deo Player 15.0.3349 only drive works. on pc, i login and get loged out whenever i hit new videos. been like this since last night when servers were up. submited a ticket also.

Same thing, when I browse pages to download videos, just by switching pages I get logged out.
Also I cannot download any video from the download section of a video page, I get a "something went wrong" popup at the
bottom left of the screen. Already submitted a ticket.

More details following my previous post.
I don't use the DeoVr player, I mostly download manually all videos to my Windows PC and stream them to my Quest 3 via Virtual Desktop and use the Heresphere app for viewing, which works flawlessly.
The problem is only with the web site logging me off just by browsing and the downloads not working.
This happens with all my Windows browsers, Firefox, Chrome and Edge, with cached and cookies cleaned up.

Same Issues on my Windows laptop, so not hardware machine related. Everything was fine for years until now.

Same issues as the above , on PC , Firefox I log in but first thing I try to access I get logged out. On Quest headset using Devo if I try to play a movie it says user not lggged in and plays a trailer instead

Just a follow up, I'm able to download videos now, but I have to log in each time I switch pages (Windows 11 browser) . I suspect the problem lies with how the updated server writes and read cookies, it "forgets" about your login status.
Before it always logged me in automatically.

i can login now , but the video still loading really slow , only slr have problem.
its used to be reealy fast.

My quest 3 app logged me out. Trying to sign back in via web browser results in error:

We have detected unusual activity for your account. Please check your email and reset your password.

No email arrives from multiple attempts of above, nor if I try to manually reset password. Strangely the activation email for this forum was instant, while the other emails are not being sent.

Have you been hacked?

C8s cluster got down. Have to reconfigure everything. Very intense and complex operation no one planned they would have to do urgently

phyuggene it's a digital factory level framework. Multiple teams are involved restarting and reconfiguring it

Deovr cannot load any content or even login code. "mono-io-layer-error (111)"
