TinBuddha gash7 Just set up Steam on your PC, install DeoVR, and use Steam Connect on your headset to access your PC. Run the Steam version of DeoVR and you will have access to the local files on your PC.

TinBuddha gash7 It'll have nothing to do with your internet speed. Make sure both your PC and VR headset have a strong connection to your WiFi. Also if your PC is low spec, it could have problems playing high resolution videos. Try downloading a lower resolution version. I use it all the time and can stream 4k+ without issues, but I have a beefy graphics card.
