You need to have a search term in the box, but then you can add categories using the filters on the left and it will show only vids that fit both.
You could enter teen into the search bar, and then add the category 'big tits' and it would show vids that are both teen, and big tits. There's other filters you can add (duration, studios, PT, scripts etc) that would further restrict the search results and really dial in videos that you are looking for. I don't think the NOT operator works anymore.
I really like it, but someone made the odd choice to omit 'likes' from the search results so you can't see whether you have liked a video previously, nor global likes, until you click into the video landing page.
