Bucket619, Labia69Licker, we are investigating the problem. It would be great if you could share some additional information with us:
- the headset you use;
 
- the application you use (Meta, Pico, Steam);
 
- what toy firmware you currently have;
 
- how you connect the toy: BT, Wi-Fi, USB.
 
Please also check if you can update the toy to the latest firmware possible, and if it fixes the problem.
Here is the instruction on how to perform the update:
Haptics firmware updater
- Press “Connect to Serial Device” button & select serial port device is connected to.
 
- Device configurations is printed in log console after the board is connected.
 
- Select active input interface, servo-motor GPIOs and calibration values & press “Send configuration” button.
 
- Press "Reset/EN" button or reconnect the board to apply configuration
