DeoVR issues

Hi all, hope someone can guide me on how to resolve my technical issues.

Right now, i am using Quest 3 with DeoVR player.

1) Internet routinely drops out which is really annoying - takes 5 minutes to reconnect - eventhough internet is good.
2) biggest pain in the bum right now... my SLI on DeoVr doesnt maintain the same playlist. after 1 video, it goes back to the main screen, instead of staying within the playlist of said library.

How do i trouble shoot this? I've restarted the system multiple times.

Any thoughts?

1 -- Does the issue persist only in the DeoVR app?
2 -- Do you go back by pressing the B button on the controller or by pressing the Home button?

I think it's one month now that this question is being asked whenever someone reports the problem (again). Is this even being investigated? Is there any hope for a fix? How can we help? This issue is really very annoying.

SchnuppiLilac The developers are investigating the issue.
So far, it hasn't occurred on our end, so we gather all the details to reproduce it.

AlexSLR Thanks. Really strange that the developers cannot reproduce it. To me it happens in every session and like every 10 min (rough estimate) within a session. I have also seen it happening in the cams section.

SchnuppiLilac Can you please provide more details on how this issue occurs specifically within the cam section?

AlexSLR As far as I remember, it was pretty much the same as for videos. You open a cam from the grid on page 5, go back from the cam to the grid with the back button, but instead of page 5 you will end up on page 1 of the grid. It doesn't seem to happen as often as in the video section, but then again I am not using the cam section that often.

I am using the same controller set-up and back button routine since Q3 was released and like others never had any issues with it until recently. The problem started for me at the same time when others started reporting it in this forum.
