Does a VPN improve streaming speed or privacy on SLR?

I’ve been experimenting with different VPN apps while using platforms like SLR, and I recently found Stag VPN, which is completely free and seems to perform really well, even with high-bandwidth streaming.

I’m curious—has anyone here noticed improvements in streaming quality or privacy when using a VPN with SLR? Also, does it affect download speed or cause buffering?

auroralane7754 I used to have issues with freezing videos at full resolutions even though i have 1 gig internet. But since I started using SurfShark VPN all is good.
