Handy issue

I am having problems getting the slr app to discover my handy. I've followed directions posted in the forum, but havent any luck. When I hit the settings button to connect.... all that comes up is an Onyx warning. And a slider to set the onyx minimum speed value. Any help?

Do you have the most recent version of the app?

Go to C:\Users\[your-username-here]\AppData\LocalLow\SLR\SLR and check out output_log.txt for the exact error message. Or just type it out yourself - it's hard to know what could be wrong otherwise.

I forgot to mention this is on my galaxy s10+... so I'm not sure that typing in what you sent can be done.

mrSmith33 - sounds like you are trying to use SLR Interactive app - you dont need that app

Just go into setting inside " DEOVR/SLR VR PLAYER APP"

I did... prompted me to get the cardboard app. I did that. Went settings and said cardboard is my default viewer. Still doesnt connect to handy. I dont understand why I cant connect. Frustrated...

Is your problem solved? Got the same issue on my S10. It connects fine to Handyfeeling.com and works great. But once connected to the SLR app (premium) I escpected that it would work aswell. Because i've got premium i don't think i need to work with scipts?! I,ve selected an interactive video, but nothing happens on the Handy?!

What am I doing wrong?

To find it easily in the app you can put it in a playlist or use the search function and type Tiffany Tatum
