Your main post reminds me of this "BTS" harem edition suggestion by @Bizki21 (and my old ideas).
THANK YOU for writing that and making this thread, because nearly 2 years ago, I actually planned to suggest something similar, but unfortunately didn't get anywhere... This was before seeing success with my ideas (and the harem suggestion above), so I didn't bother posting it.
And from time to time, seeings BTS pics, I can't help but wonder about the life of being a porn actor, even though I can tell that there are tons of hardwork, and isn't just about sex. It's just "different" than normal work. Plus, for many men who loves porn, I'm sure it's common to say "What a lucky guy"... So as for me, in a way, it's just curiosity. But with VR and SLR, we could potentially experience this fantasy more often in a series.
I know I should be making my own thread, and i'm still not sure if "my version" is going to be popular, but seeing the amount of people who wants to see this kind of scenario in the west, l'll share it here (and add more than I originally planned). Because I WANT this to become a series. I think it's such an interesting concept.
So reading your suggestion, I got inspired to revisit my old JAV inspired ideas.

Idea 1: Includes "Ready... Action!!" (Image: BTS Pic from "Making it Up to You".)
Idea 2: Testing out scenarios (sneaky or not) because the Screenwriter "failed" to finish his / her work on time. (Images: BTS Pic from "Busted!", GRMR-004, GRMR-040, "Upcoming SLR JAV Originals' scene")
- When "we", the "male pornstar" starts getting really horny after seeing how hot our Co-star, posing and sharing pics on her twitter. Or getting your dick hard / maintaining erection with the help of the actress. Or she just wants to start really wet before the camera starts rolling...
Idea 3: Asking female pornstars (behind the camera or another room) repeatedly for a creampie even when they "clearly" do not take creampies on set. She then agreed to do it because she finds "us" really attractive, but only "off camera" (during break) / before everyone gets ready; hearing the Directors, Cinematographers (also known as DP or Director of Photography) preparing everything, making sure it's ok to proceed. Idea 4:"First porn experienced" - Still not sure what she needs to do, despite getting directions beforehand. This is where "we" gently guide her. Idea 5: Director gives "us" a warning because we are not being "professional" enough, even though Key hairstylist was the one who asked for a quickie. (I'll probably add more scenarios based on fact that there are lots of stars on Onlyfans. And I could see this doing well as a seperate series.)

- But after begging for more creampie, all of the sudden, "we", and our Co-star heard "footsteps", we quickly grabbed our clothes back (pretend like nothing happened)... When the Assistant director and Director finally entered the room, they noticed something odd... about our behaviour.
Ideas 7: Fucking the cute Production assistant (PAs), Key makeup artist / Key hairstylist or other female camera crew members during, before and after work, who suddenly told you that she's thinking of becoming a pornstar, and she insisted on making you her practice partner. She then seductively unzipped your pants, and claimed that the Director gave her permission to take some of your time if the expected pornstar is late, whenever you are on set. Idea 8: One day, during last minute, the "fan-favorite pornstar" cancelled her schedule, our other two Co-stars starts persuading the Production coordinator / Assistant director "friend" to save a famous series foursome series, who happens to be a popular part-time pornstar. And since she has good longtime relationships with the production team and her two friends, she obviously knew that she'll eventually agree to their favor. She just wants to playfully denies and make more fun memories. (Images: SDMU-428)
Other ideas:
- I do agree with the pornstar suggestions above (I love watching those cute girls), but I also think the girls that can play these kinds of scenes are the ones who successfully sells homemade role-play content on their website, Manyvids, Clips4sale, Onlyfans, etc. For example, Lily Lou, Jessica Starling (and Xev Bellringer, if you can get her... Well, that's for another topic because I NEED to see her first in a normal scene here on SLR). Or any top natural performers and huge online personality like Melody Marks and Freya Parker (she's really funny, it's perfect for "real bloopers"), and of course the girls I mentioned above.
- But I believe, anyone who can act decently can do these. Because it doesn't necessarily need to always be "BTS" type of scenes (for more variety). Or why not also try casting Casey Calvert. Because she's an amazing Performer and an award-winning Director.
- And finally, Bloopers / "Outtakes" (I want Sasha Foxx in VR). Another example, just like I suggested here fighting over for our attention but they intentionally didn't cut the "slightly failing to stay in character" moments, or the acting was so good that it felt like "real bloopers". And I can imagine that most guys watch VR for the immersion, so if the actresses doesn't hear "our male voice", then they will obviously need to act even more to make the BTS and bloopers more convincing. But I really do want this.
