I just paid for a year subscription. However, I can't get any of the videos to play in VR. I've tried in safari, chrome, and firefox. Please tell me there is a solution or that I may be able to get a refund 🙁

    They were talking about releasing a cellphone app, but it was a while.ago and no news on that front

        Are you trying to use something like google cardboard or a phone VR lense setup? That's not really supported any longer, they are from 8+ years ago before VR headsets became as cheap / good as they now are

        Better to buy an actual VR headset like a quest 2, pico 4 as it will work right out of the box and look 1000x better and more features like passthrough
