Scripts not workin in Steam but in deo app on headfset work

It say a do not have premium accunt in steam app , but i have and all is working on websit whit haptics and deo app on headset , but do not let me activate haptics when i run trow pc and steams deo app , it says is only for premium accunts , have log of and log in again but still the same
