Just a thought...
I think it might be worth having a non-sexual video with a script that moves in time with something on screen so you can mess with the delay setting and get it exactly spot on before watching an actual video.
At the moment, after finding something to watch, I find I have to skip forward to find a section of the video that works well for calibration, spend a while getting it right, then go back to the start and that sort of spoils the experience.
