In Windows you can do it with a symbolic link.
- Create the new folder where you want to store the SLR content.
For this example, let's say it was T:\Vids\SLRVR
- Find the existing SLR download folder, will be something like:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\SLR\SLR\Downloads
- Move all of the content of that folder to your new folder.
- Delete the old Downloads folder.
- Open a Windows command prompt (right-click on the Start button)
- Navigate to what was the parent of the Downloads folder:
ex. cd C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\SLR\SLR
- Enter the mklink command:
mklink /d Downloads T:\Vids\SLRVR
That will create what looks like a Downloads folder in the SLR path, but it is in fact a link to your new folder.
