Passthrough optimal settings

What are the optimal settings for videos in passthrough? Should I be messing around with them for the best experience?

chuck420 I just turn it on turn it off, u can use the fov, horizontal off set to adjust size if needed.

Also there's AI pt that can be used on all vr videos, or alpha videos that are made specifically for pass through and these at the moment look better then AI pt, but I use ai pt alot more them alphas cuz there's so much.

What are you trying to achieve exactly?

Your probably best explaining what headset your using and if you use other VR players other than DeoVR ?

Also do you mean Alpha passthrough scenes or Ai Passthrough ?
Alpha passthrough can be downloaded and played using 3rd party software, but Ai Passthrough can only be accessed through DeoVR.

Yeah you're pretty limited then and it's pretty much down to personal preference and dependant on the quality of the scenes resolution. Most 'SLR Originals' looks pretty good in Ai Passthrough without too much tweaking, but some scenes from other studios need some tweaking, i personally like to add at least +1.5 sharpness and about +10 colour, and mess around with the contrast especially with crushed blacks.

But again it's just personal preference, but definitely change the refresh rate to either 90hz or 120hz lower than this you will get a flicker of the image.
