Just a question about some scenes in the Upcoming section for SLRO. There are a handful of scenes that have been previously released but are now marked "censored". I assume it means pixelated genitals for the Asian market. Those aren't considered part of the regular release cycle, are they?

They are not. They're listed on the "Upcoming" section since they are indeed technically upcoming, but they are not replacing the usual SLRO releases.

I'm not too worried about it. I imagine that 99% of non-Japanese SLR users will never even notice them, since there are non-censored versions of the scenes that have been out for weeks or months.

That said, it is worrying for us PT-sceptics that 3 out of the next 4 scenes are going to be PT. While undeniable that there is a body of PT fans and that SLRO is actively promoting this direction, is this setting a precedent for a higher % of PT scenes in the future? I'm fine with 1 out of 4 but now it seems they are coming more frequently.
Rustam1990 Judging from experience, I doubt those scenes listed are in actual release sequence. There are always scenes that get inserted randomly, even at the last minute on release day. The upcoming list has been next to useless for a long time and no one at SLR appears to care.

Well, unfortunately, it hasn't worked out that way this week. The 3rd PT scene will be released on Saturday. I've been fine with a PT release here and there even though I have no interest in them. That said, if the PT releases will become the primary type of scene released under SLRO, I have to question why.
PT is the Betamax and Laser Disc of the adult world. Sure, it may be better in some aspects (for those that prefer to see beautiful women in their rooms) but it lacks mainstream appeal. Speaking for myself, this is about the fantasies of what happens away from your home in a club or a hotel room or someplace other than my living room.
Making PT scenes as a prominent part of the business until the technology is widely available at a reasonable price is a wholly irresponsible business plan. I hope this week is an outlier and not the new normal.

Me too. I get excited by whenever there's some promising FFM >90 mins in the upcoming list, but they are getting scarcer.

The "Upcoming" section is not entirely accurate, though there are more-than-usual PT scene incoming in the next 1 1/2 weeks or so. I've already asked the team if they can be spread out a bit more, but there's only so much that can be done with the post-production pipeline.
Of all scenes currently in post-production though, it's a 70/30 split between standard VR scenes and PT scenes - which is roughly the same as it has been for the last several months.
Happy to continue this conversation in a more relevant thread if any of you find one and @ me, but I want to get this thread back on the topic of behind-the-scenes pics plz.

Kolaches Yes, I just hope that it wasn't a @vrfanservice farewell one-off but a once-in-a-while occurrence. A 2h+ multipart scene with great buildup/story once every 2-3 months I'd already be happy!

That's pretty disappointing for me to read tbh. You guys used to be really consistent with the Nash BGG+ bangers but they've been virtually non-existent now for months; it's one of the reasons (among others...) why I stopped frequenting these forums as I started losing interest in the content being produced. What gives with the sudden drop off of multi-girl scenes, Nash scenes in particular? Budget restraints or something? Thanks in advance for providing any insight you can.
