  • Crazy censoring - Why word sleeping is not allowed?

I was commenting some VRSun video with boring music: https://www.sexlikereal.com/scenes/toree-goddess-caught-in-a-net-58951

I know some might like the music and Toree is gorgeous model but that is not the point. I felt music almost made me asleep. I wrote it to the comments and noticed word asleep is censored with ******. Same goes for word nap. Why this kind of ridiculous censorship?

Why those words, out of interest? I would understand if they searched for, say, the title of a certain 1963 Stanley Kubrick film starring James Mason and Peter Sellers, but why sleeping and nap? Are they code for something?

Just stick an asterix in the wo*rd that gets censored ! - Everything has a workaround and this is as basic as it gets, but effective

The programs billers use to search sites have robust word lists and s*****ing non-compliant phrases will probably be flagged too. In fact, workarounds like that would most likely get a site in even more trouble unless the non-compliant word is truly used in a way that does not actually result in non-compliance (A user commenting, for example: "This movie was so boring I almost fell <NG word> trying to watch it").

Sites like SLR most definitely believe in the freedom of speech, but also want to remain in the good graces of their billing partners who while it may seem otherwise, actually want all their merchants to succeed because if they make money, everyone does.

If it's genuinely an offensive word and used in an abusive way then it should flagged, absolutely - But when it's words like 'Sleep' etc that get caught in the net for no reason then i personally think the work around is fine - I feel most adults would agree !

Most users are responsible people and have 'common sense' and tend not to be abusive, unfortunately it's those in control that are very naive and need to disrupt and impose their wills on other people just making people angry for no reason - The truth is they don't stand a chance 🙂

It's similar to Denuvo - Anti piracy code incorporated into games- which is just a total waste of time and vast quantities of money - It's a challenge for those who want to counteract these measures and red rag to a bull - The more people are irritated by this sort of stuff, the bigger the issue for the companies that take these measures IMO.
