Sites like eporner delete them because of copyright, which site has an unlimited cloud to upload videos without fear of being deleted? obviously it also has a way to download them again.
Does anyone know where I can upload videos privately so they don't get deleted?
Have you tried google drive and onedrive? maybe even Icloud?
i've heard that when drive detects adult content it deletes it without warning. As for icloud i don't know much about it, but it doesn't give me much confidence. unless you say you've used it.
