Can't connect to Cams via app & rift

Anyone else having errors when trying to connect to cams? Can't even get into the cam list section without getting an error. Worked fine until Thursday but haven't been able to since, even after updating the SLR app. Whenever I try to coonect it just says "DataProvider GetGeoDataAsync Error - A task was cancelled"

No VPN.
Just stopped being able to connect one day to the next.
Browsers won't connect either. All thumbnails are blacked out.

Hey guys, no sollution yet.

The following does not come from the devs, but could you try lowering/disable some security settings of your system?
Not saying you have to keep them turned of, but could give us some info.

Other sites are fine - just cams on SLR app and browsers.
As I said before the app is getting an error when trying to connect when it was fine just days ago.
"DataProvider GetGeoDataAsync Error - A task was cancelled" is the error.

A dev should be able to know what this means because I haven't a clue.

I’m getting the same error. 3-4 days now. Installed app update but it didn’t help.

Can you check for system updates? (ie windows update)

Was completely up to date on Windows 10 ver. 1909
Updated to Win 10 ver. 2004 + all update patches.
Updated all drivers, including graphics card & oculus.
Now completely up to date and hasn't made a difference at all.

Again this is only effecting connecting to cams.
The rest of the site & videos play in both browser & Rift.
Cam thumbnails are blacked out and refuse to connect/timeout.

I’m using Oculus go in same configuration I’ve always been using. No vpn on router. I can access videos but no cams. I updated app to latest version but same issue.

I don't know which browsers do or don't have this, can you try tor? It'll give you a different IP.

Rakly3 Typically use firefox but also doesn't connect with Edge.
Installed Tor and gets thumbnails & audio, but sadly no video. Video from cam is blacked out in Tor browser.

DCsupport PC time & date are correct unless there is something else i need to check sync on.

Rakly3 Yes. In Firefox & Edge, no thumbs and cannot connect.
In Tor, thumbs & connects but no video, only audio.
Have not tried a VPN yet.

Rakly3 Interestingly enough, while on TOR I cannot login to SLR. It thinks TOR is a bot sending automated requests.
