It's like the tagging and search function are just for decoration. If I search tAge instead of adding tags I get a proper search. Yet blacklisted video matching any of these terms still comes up. Just give us user generated tagging with an upvote threshold to add a tag. If it works for steam it can work for you.
Why is it that most videos cuck in the name don't have a cuckold tag

That's just from "cuck" which had 65 scenes but the word "cuckold" brings up 256 total results the actual cuckold tab brings up 135 results.
Edit: there were more cuckold themed videos without the tag obviously I just didn't want to post 40+ links.
