A separate install in samsung secure folder gets a different issue: " Wrong OSIG file size! (209192) "

mine will also not start up it starts to update and gets stuck on 13%

Philip I looked at the file location from the download that works until update freezes the file named update.zip I am not allowed access to it could this be my problem?

I was able to gain permission to the file but all it is is the 13.3/28.3 kb of the update that didn't complete
