The current system already allows users to hide individual videos and entire studios. That's a good start, but it's nowhere near enough.

The feature needs to be expanded to allow users to permanently hide entire genres/categories and specific stars.
This would give users full control over what pollutes their feed. For example, someone might want to hide categories like:

  • "No Male"
  • "BBC"
  • "BBW / Fat"
  • "Gangbang"
  • "Mature"
  • "Porn Music Video"
  • "Silicone"

Nobody wants to waste time constantly filtering out stuff they're not interested in. Implementing it would be a fantastic UX decision that shows SLR cares about more about its users experience than other streaming sites and prioritizes a genuinely personalized experience.

Being able to permanently eliminate unwanted content creates a cleaner, faster, and more efficient user experience. It’s about making a platform tailored for people who know what they like and what they don't.

Summary: Expand the "hide" system to include:

  • Hiding entire categories/genres
  • Hiding by specific stars/performers
  • Making these hides permanent across the platform, not just temporary filters

Which expanded hide feature would you use the most?

Hide Category / Genre63%
Hide Actress / Performer38%

jontytt You can do all this already, at least on the website. I am pretty sure the hiding will work across all platforms. You should not use the new (beta) website for the hiding as someone reported that this will overwrite everything you had hidden on the regular (old) website.
