I am having crashes/unexpected behavior when using SLR in DEOVR with haptic toys connected through the app. The issue persists since I have bought the scripts like 2 months ago and is still present in the latest 14.7.3088 version.
I am using Meta Quest 3 with Lovense Max 2 and Lovense Edge 2. One is enough to cause the issues but I like to use both at the same time.
Problem description:
When watching videos with the toys connected the whole DEOVR app will:
- Either crash (more probable) after some time (don't know exact timeframe but longer than a few minutes and rather under 30 min). Toys will then stop vibrating. After a crash returning to SLR causes the toys to permamently vibrate until a video with scripts gets run which aligns them properly.
- Or the scripts will simply stop working (happens rarely) until the app is restarted. Toys reconnection or powering off->on is not enough to fix it.
It is easily reproducible. Happens several times every session I do.
Special conditions - i like to skip forward quite a bit when watching then enjoy interesting parts for a few minutes.
Maybe some kind of memory leak is happening in the background.
It is a blocker for me buying an annual subcription.
