First I find a video and then I press the VR goggles button in the bottom right hand , it takes me to another viwer and then i press the "Enter VR" button and it brings me into a 3D video VR environment but I can't get the menu to go away after I press said button, It stays in my view during the video in vr and I've tried everything. am i doing somthing wrong?

In the Meta browser, the 'Enter VR' is part of a website overlay which just disappears after pressing enter, so there's nothing you could do wrong.

Since you seem to be on a different OS, the SLR website may not be optimised for your browser. On Apple Vision Pro it is required to activate WebXR first, maybe you need to do something similar on your headset.

Is the DeoVR app available for your device? If so, you should give it a try.
