  • The search function is not working properly

When I went to SLR.com with my desktop and put the ID number of the video I want to locate in the search box,instead of the video,it now showed a whole page of thump nails as ' MOST RELEVANT RESULTS: “xxxxx”.(xxxxx is the ID number I entered in the search box).The video is nowhere to be seen.Can you help?

    Any update?It's still not working.In fact,it's worse now.There's no search result at all now.

      What did you try to search for?

        It happens on the desktop.Previously,when I enter the video's ID number (a 4 or 5 digit number) in the search box,the video will appear.For the last few weeks,instead of the video,a page full of thumbnails appear.Now,there is nothing.
