  • I can't see the streaming videos.

I'm unable to view any video on Streaming on any browser I've tried, Brave, Firefox, Edge, and Chrome.

    benja007 If you mean by "view" is the ability to play them. Then be sure you have HEVC Codec installed on your Windows 10/ 11 PC. You can get it from Microsoft Store.

    Don't buy the Microsoft's 1 USD garbage one that doesn't even work. Just search the Microsoft Store for : HEVC Video Extensions from Device Manufacturer

    Once you find it, Install it and you're good to go, and don't forget to restart the PC after you install it so it can be integrated with web browsers and media players properly.

    Same for me, had no issues yesterday

    I have installed that codec and it still doesn't work. I can watch the videos perfectly on other VR-themed websites, but it only happens to me on this website.

    Same here. I thought it was just DeoVR that these developers were breaking every other release but now it's the web player too 🤦‍♂️

    Can you please provide more issue details?
    I just checked a few videos in Chrome and Safari; they played without an issue.

    Is it correct that the issue occurs only on PC? Or does the same happen on DeoVR in your headset?
    Do you see an error message when you try to play videos?
    Do you use a VPN/proxy/antivirus software that can affect the website?

      Do you use an Ad/Malware blocker by any chance? I’ve had an issue loading the Web Player/WebXR Environment due to NordVPN’s “Threat Protection”. I have to turn it off to get the player to load. Otherwise I just see a black screen.

        If for any reason the domain 's3for.me' is being blocked, web player/videos will not appear.

        Well, now its working. Yesterday was no go.
        The web player just didnt load, i saw only blank square where video should be. I am using Firefox on PC. DeoVR in Oculus Quest 2 was fine yesterday, no issue there.

        SpatialGooner That was the problem with NordVPN. I disconnected it and it started working. Yes, it was working, but the screen was completely black. Now it works perfectly.
