When I watch these two videos from LittleCapriceVR using my Quest 3, there’s no sound. Other videos don’t have this issue. However, when I play these two videos on my computer using the Chrome browser, the sound works fine.

It's a major issue going back about 2 days since the the latest DeoVR update affecting the sound.

So far the main studios affected are:-

    SinsVR
    SexbabesVR
    Lilly Bella VR
    PlayfulVR

All of the latest scenes from these studios have no sound when streaming and affects the latest scenes from when AV1 was introduced, they used to be fine before the update, so it's a DeoVR bug.

    There's loads of them...

    4 months later

It's almost August and I'm still seeing this issue.

davidnyc76, the issue was fixed several months ago.
Could you please provide more information?
      What headset do you use?
Could you provide some links to the videos with the sound problem?

Quest 3. Oddly it seems all of the videos I've favorited have no sound. I'll find some specifics if you need them.

davidnyc76 Could you please specify a version of the Meta OS installed? in addition, please let us know if you watch videos using an HMD's browser or the DeoVR application?

Also, kindly send us a few links to the videos with the sound problem

davidnyc76 Thank you, please note that the 78.1031 version is available. Please update the software and check the issue

Updated to 78.1031 with no change. I also cleared all cached data in the browser with no change. I also attempted to view the video via the web interface rather than hub and the video plays with sound via favorites. I did notice that when I navigate to the video via favorites and I have the video navigation open, there is a loading symbol even though the video is playing. Definitely odd behavior as I would expect it to be linking to the same place. Perhaps there is some logic that looks at the referrer?

davidnyc76 Can you please check whether the issue persists in the DeoVR app?
