Making FOV smaller is the key.
Less brightness and sound helps. High FPS
Let's see if deovr team can work on that

doublevr Is this even an issue in VR porn? There are videos on deovr.com that make me motion sick immediately and I once almost died in some rollercoaster VR vid but SLR creates nothing but well-being and FOV can't be large enough.
It only is an issue when the camera moves and this barely happens in VR porn. Motion sickness occurs when your eyes register different movement than your sensory receptors in your ears. It's the same effect when reading a book on a bumpy road in a car. Sure, some things in VR can make it worse like big FoV, bad image quality etc. But in general there's no true workaround. Luckily in VR porn it's not really a thing as the camera usually is fixed.
doublevr Making FOV smaller is the key...
No, please don't! If we want anything, is larger FOV for everything from videos to games. We already have strong VR legs and this statement comes from me, a person who literally "vomited" because of motion sickness when I tried VR for the first time with Quest 2 back in 2021.
Now I can run and freaking jump from skyscrapers to the ground and fly in space at warp speed without a slight twitch. Just give new users some time, give them the ability to build their VR legs.
Remember, VR is not about watching videos only, but is about to immerse in many activities like gaming. And these new users themselves when build their VR legs in games, for example, and then watch your smaller FOV Videos, they will never invest in them because of how much they break the immersion they knew and love in other VR activities like games.
Reducing the FOV from an "already" small one will result in nothing but breaks the immersion even more. And we're talking about videos here not even games!
I never heard somebody complain about motion sickness for static vr porn. Only when the pov male / camera moves
Solving problems that don't matter again I guess
...i remember feeling sick in VR, but that was years ago, probably some convoluted 3D flying sports game...
