When I watch this Passthought video, for example: https://www.sexlikereal.com/scenes/training-day-41713?t=2519

  • I download it
  • I watch it directly in the DEOVR download folders.

I click on the passtrhought icon. I activate: nothing happens. Then I click on "chromekey" and validate it. And then everything disappears! Even the pornstars. What do I have to do to make the passthrought work?

    Shonoka, hi!
Could you please specify what device you use to play the video?
What version of the DeoVR app is installed on your device?

JordanSLR I use an oculus quest pro
And I think it's the latest version because I'm not offered an update on the deovr settings.

AlexSLR Yes, I do have this version... error, it's the last one proposed. Could this be from the oculus quest pro?

doublevr changed the title to Problem passthrough .

Shonoka, thanks for the info. Does the PT work fine for you while streaming online?

JordanSLR yes streaming it works perfectly. my connection is not good so streaming is not for me, I prefer to download

            Shonoka
Hey. I think the issue is in the filename. Master file has "Alpha" in the filename which Deo player recognise as Alpha mask passthrough. If you downloaded lower resolution file it has no "Alpha" in the filename. Just rename the file and PT will work.

Shonoka I could be wrong but I think you need "PT" in the file name so that DEO will recognize it and apply it

I guess I can't edit but I mean "alpha' not "PT' like @SchnuppiLilac said. That is how scripts work. You need the words "funscript" in the name or it won't work.

              SchnuppiLilac Shonoka nameofvideo_ALPHA.mp4

Addendum: You need to keep that part of the file name that is telling DeoVR about the FOV, like '_LR_180' or 'FISHEYE190'.

This is a real example of a file name that should work:
              SLR_SLR Originals_The Best from Amirah_original_53229_FISHEYE190_alpha.mp4

Thanks for your advice! I'm going to give it a try in a few days and I'll keep you posted.
