Incompatible File format

Most of the original videos I downloaded play without any problem.With the StasyQ ones,quite a high proportion of them failed to play.Instesd, the message 'incompatible file format' appears on the screen.Anybody with similar experience? My set up is Quest 2,Sky Box,DeoVR,Pc connected to the router with an ethernet cable,download speed is 500Mbps.

Thanks for the reply.OK,here we go.
These are just a few of the StasyQ original Videos which can't play : 45897,31396,40993,46129,44942...in fact most of them can't play,while others can eg. 11304,10142 11996 8245.It seems to me that those can't play are the recent ones.
The same thing happens to the VRhythm original videos.These ones can't play 46892,46808,46544,46210 but this one 46055 can.
I have no problem with the originals from other studios eg.StripzVR,iStripper and VRSun.

StasyQ Original video file encoding is AWFUL. They almost NEVER done it right.

When they do it in AVC, they screw it up.
When they do it in HEVC, they screw it up.
And don't let me start talking about their use of mpeg-4 codecs from the 90's.

I hope SLR contact them about their encoding issues. Because currently, their videos are worthless, at least for me.

I don't know who's responsible for encoding their video files, but all I can say is he either level up his work (I hope so, for the good of everyone) or the Studio replace him (Unfortunately for him).
