bazzio Hello, are you using DeoVR app in Quest 3? Or do you use meta browser?
In web browser Handy should work over Wi-fi only in Drive.
Can you please confirm how you are trying to connect?

    bazzio So the Handy doesn't connect at all on the app? Or just script doesn't load? Does it come up with a particular error?

    Handy (fw4) is connected and works on all other scripted vids. On my drive vid I can see the heat map in the player but Handy doesn't move.. No errors displayed.

    On my pc with Chrome browser also the same. All vids work with scripts but with my drive vid it says "handy fail" in the left down corner.

      Have have some videos where they have an AI Script showing as being generated, but the script icon doesn't show in DeoVr when trying to play the video and is doesn't send the script to the Handy.

      Sounds like a weird bug—if it’s working on everything else but failing on your drive vid, might be a script issue. Hope you get it sorted soon, nothing worse than a Handy that won’t do its job!

        I have an unanswered question, basically sometimes I would upload a video (H.264 and the resolution is less than 4096x4096) and request AI PT, however I would get an error and it never gets processed.

        At the same time I would upload a higher reso video and it got accepted with no problems whatsoever, may I know why some videos fail, while the others dont?

        beetjack we are still working to bring fw4 to drive in coming weeks. Sorry about that

        I think just long story short, what people are saying is the heatmap is generated but nothing happens. There is no "sending script to handy" notification.

        I get you cannot get a credit back once used cause it could be used on something else, I get it. But can your system not detect it is just being re-applied to the same video and allow a credit reapplied on that video? It would at the very least allow us to tinker with video sizes and updates and stuff and troubleshoot on our end

          Having a new issue with Drive. Every one of my videos has a constant stutter that is not existent on regular SLR videos. The video will freeze every couple of seconds.

            notontest i encountered the same problem, every videos freeze every few seconds, which make them un-watchable. I have tested my network and it was fine. Besides, I tried on some SLR videos and there were no problems with the SLR video (non SLR Drive video).

              sogman Thank you for detailed feedback, we are looking into issues with FW4 and should release a fix for this soon. Will give an update here once we have it In place.

              Hello! Could you please check if the video has the same issue on web or just inside the app?
              Also, please let e know on which headset and app version this is happening.

                Kieshi I am using Quest 2 with DEO VR app which is the latest app version. It seems the videos are only having problem on the VR device. It is playing smoothly on website on PC. The problem started happening 2 days ago, it was fine previously.

                  I'm using DEOVR app version 14.6.2880. Quest 3. The lag doesn't exist on the web browser or on regular SLR videos.

                    Kieshi The issue still persist, and the video are totally unwatchable. Is the team looking into it?
