Real quick by saying SLR servers are fine

However if you use the deovr player to stream slr you will notice hints of micro stutters throwing off your experience.
For me this only started happening in their latest deovr player update from quest 3 store.

I don't know if this is an isolated issue, but I switched to an alternative player heresphere to compare and confirm it.

Those deo developers always breaking stuff and this time scuffing the stream is intolerable.

        Can check yourself, It's a matter of streaming any video on slr with deovr player and the slight micro stutter will be apparent.

        Anyways, I'll assume this is an isolated issue for myself only — initially thought forum would be plagued by now.

            lucinatezzz It happened to mee for months with both Quest 3 streaming and PC Pimax with steam. Both for streaming and Local.
            I brought it up on here and didn't get much feedback either.
            I think the problem was with the wrong player but I am not sure if it was what happened.
            I was using the DEO app with the BIKE in the picture. Then I tried the DEO app with the BOXES of what looks like tv screens. It doesn't happen now. Knock on wood.
            I'm pretty sure that is the app I was using and one day it put the other app up first so I used it

              Same issue here.. don't expect an more feedback though, don't think they really care ifnthere are not a lot of complaints

                • the DeoVR app version;
                • the link you have the stuttering issue with.

                  Don't know whether it be on deovr's or slr's side, But I will say there have been SLR original scenes with it's audio either playing faster/slower than the actual video.

                  Slr streaming on the quest 3 deovr store app was once king with crisp, snappy, smooth, responsive playback -- but these days it's mobile phone quality bitrate due to all the unnecessary dev experimenting.

                  The search pop-up results function still broken on both quest 3 pcvr & app and that says a lot in terms of urgency, although it has been since fixed on just regular pc browser, but like who. Yea pretty depressing.

                      lucinatezzz everything works still fine with Heresphere ... If it would only be possible to stream directly there..
