Tenga Air-Tech Reusable cups works great when not hard yet. Often best to reduce stroke length in DeoVR settings until hard. Also works with hands free mount. If using when not hard in the beginning, it's best if sleeve/cup is not too tight, so consider finding the wider "Ultra" version if you think your girth might be an issue.
I guess fleshlight and other hard shells will work as well. Just not fleshlight turbo-series.
