timetags for download content

Hi all, Hope to get some support -

The issue is this, where i use my metaQ3, the internet is not stable, or not easily streamable.

I love the timetag function of DEOVr, but hoping there is a hack for downloadable content to be used with time tags too? Is there such a thing?
