I’ve been searching through Heresphere posts and can’t find so asking…he there a post that gives suggested video settings for Quest 3? There are so many options to change this and that it’s overwhelming. I’m relatively technical but clearly not to the level of most here.

Also on controller settings I can’t for the life of me figure out how to scroll (not sure this is the correct term) the video up and down. I have DEO and playa set to zoom in and put and scroll up and down with one controller (convenient for obvious reasons). Can this be done in Heresphere using a quest controller?

What does scroll up mean? Use the trigger - hold down to adjust angle. Use the joystick left/right to scroll the video.

There is a user guide located near the bottom left of the HereSphere main menu.

joystick left/right for a short scrub, to move faster use the pointer on timeline
joystick up/down zooms in/out
(these joystick movements will only work when the menu is closed)

Most of the settings you shouldn't need to adjust.

    I change all the control setting on the joystick so not sure what the default it but one of the buttons you can hold down on any of the setting and it will tell you what it does.
    Anything you can do in DEO you can do in Heresphere, anything +
    Just keep playing around with it and you will have it figured out in no time. It's really not that hard to use after a couple of sessions. It's an amazing player

    maxsavage I’ve searched and can’t find what I’m looking for. When I said scroll I meant moving the picture up and down. On DEO and Playa I have my right hand controller set for zoom in and out and move picture up and down al, with the thumb controller. To move the video forward or back I pull the trigger than use the thumb controller. This keeps my left hand free.

    Can’t figure out how to do this in Heresphere. Is this yaw or some other term?

      pitch is up and down. I usually hold grip button over each value and increase up or down with thumb. I mean in the advanced menu.

      If I want to move the video image while watching I use the index trigger and drag the video wherever I want it to be.
