DeoVR not working do I need to purchase the premium subsciption to DeoVR?

Hi I am using a Meta Quest 3s and downloaded the latest version of DeoVR streaming. I did not purchase the premium subscription for DeoVR, do I need to purchase that for DeoVR to work?

The error I am getting is an infinite loading screen and cannot use the app at all.

anton1, hi there! to fully use SLR you need to purchase a subscription for SLR service. DeoVR streaming is a different service.
what version of the DeoVR app is installed on your headset?
is your Internet connection stable and fast?

anton1 Upon first use, the DeoVR app should open by default deovr.com where you can watch free low-res videos as a guest, so no subscription needed to make the app work. The infinite loading problem has been reported before in this forum but I have not seen any solution so far.

No, you don't need a sub. Mine had a slightly funny turn when the app updated a few days ago, but after restarting my device I've had no issues using the free version.
