Yes, you will get better quality videos using PCVR and DeoVR for PC (available on Steam) as long as you adjust the Quest debug tool encoding bitrate as minimum as 300 Mbps and maximum of 500 Mbps and set the Distortion Curvature setting to Low.

Actually, I just ordered the Pimax Crystal Light to go full PCVR for everything from now on.
