For what feels like an eternity, I've been getting the error message "D3D11 HWAccel Initialization Returned Error (4)" with various streamers. I'm streaming via the Oculus Rift. It's strange because the error only occurs with certain streams; for example, my favorite streamer, Lea Foster, is no longer accessible to me in VR.
