Upscaling JAV videos?

I see a lot of western studios upscale their contents, but it never seems to happen with the japanese studios!

Is it something SLR should offer to them as a service?

There are some stunning older videos in desperate need of reprocessing

For some of them the "blur" pixels are almost the same size as the actual pixels!!

Upscaling would theoretically increase the pixel size too so please keep that in mind. Uncensored masters for liability reasons also are generally deleted as soon as it's technically safe to do so (a few months after release usually) so upscaling from the original source also may not be possible.
