moey365 I had the same issue with Epoch. Had some back and forth with SLR support nothing seemed to work.
Eventually I suggested to add tokens (equal to purchase amount) to a different account (because that also didn’t work on mine) which they would redeem and then manually set my sub to a bundle.
Not sure if you have the same issue but this might save some time.
