I'm using the latest version of the DeoVR app on the Quest 2 and keep getting an error message that says file format is unsupported, and it won't play this file:

Does the issue persist only for this video?
Have you tried to reinstall the app?
When does the issue start to occur?
AlexSLR Only this video, and it won’t work when I try to play it in my Quest 3 either, so it seems to be something wrong with the video.

avengerbob As a workaround, the video can be played in the SLR hub/browser. In the app, I am getting the same error message.

AlexSLR hey bro can u give a message to who ever is in charge of sex cams. Model danisweet private show is not working, I click on it but private never starts, plus it don't show how much private is, kinda confusing, I ask her but she say her private hasn't been working right.
